How to order products
- 1. Choose the item you wish to purchase and click "Buy it now" on the product details page.
- By selecting "Add to cart" you can carry on shopping for additional things. Go to your shopping cart after you are finished shopping. In the screen's upper right corner, this will show up as a cart.
- Click "Checkout" input and verify your shipping and payment information, and then confirm your order. If your purchase is successful, you will get a confirmation email.
A function that facilitates product comparison is available on the ASH Asia Online Official Store to help you decide which products will best match your needs.
- Go through the products you're interested in, then click "ADDED TO COMPARE" to choose a maximum of 4 products.
- Choose "Product Comparison" from the right menu bar to view the product comparison in this window.
- You can click "X" to remove some products from this page if you choose. Or you may select "Remove All" to remove all of the products.
If you buy anything as a member and pay for it, You will be alerted via email, mobile phone, or some other method in addition to receiving order details.
If you visit "My Page"," then "Orders", on the ASH Asia Online Official Store website after logging in, you can also see your order information there.
If you are placing a guest order You will receive order details through email after completing the purchase and payment and get notifications on your mobile.
Edit/Change order information
Once your order is complete, you won't be able to make any changes to the order details because they are not changeable. Before placing an order, kindly review the details.
Is the product compatible with Android and IOS?
Our product is compatible with both Android and IOS. Because the product is connected through Bluetooth, it can be used with any device that accommodates a Bluetooth connection.
Payment and Installation
If you want to request for a tax invoice. The steps that can be taken are as follows.
1. The system will lead you to the "Delivery Address" page once you click "Continue to payment" where you may see the "Billing address"
2. After you click on it, a window for filling out the entire tax invoice data will open.
3. Once the information has been filled out, you can click to designate it as "Default".
4. Following successful completion of the information After this, you may resume your payments. Information about your tax invoice will be sent within 10 days to the email you provided.

For every order with the ASH Asia Online Official Store, the delivery is free of charge without a minimum purchase amount. Every domestic delivery is free.
The ASH Asia Online Official Store prepares the product one day after purchase and takes 1-3 days for delivery (except for payment after 3 p.m. on Friday or a public holiday, where the purchase will be cut off and delivered on Monday because the warehouse is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).

Warranty and Service
Product Warranty Time
The product is warranted for one year with Ash Asia Company, which is the official importer and distributor in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Cambodia. If there are problems with the product and it is still under warranty, contact the customer service.

Can I Reserve the Product?
Because we have limited supplies of our products, currently we do not provide product reservations. Apologies for the inconvenience.
What is the Difference between a Home Speaker and Portable?

Boo and Boo Tip Charger
