Exclusive privileges for customers purchasing Marshall products

This offer is available to customers who purchase Marshall products between 1 July 2024 and 30 September 2024 through Ash Asia Sdn. Bhd. official retailers and Marshall official online stores (Shopee & Lazada).

Extended Warranty: Extend your warranty from 12 months to 18 months from the date of purchase for any Marshall product. To qualify, register your product through the Ash Asia Warranty Registration Form. You can find the purchase date on your receipt, tax invoice, or online purchase order dated between 1 July 2024 and 30 September 2024. Registration must be completed by 30 October 2024.

Product Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • The warranty period is 18 months for all Marshall products, starting from the date of purchase.
  • Customers must present a complete receipt, tax invoice, online purchase order confirmation, or valid purchase evidence without alterations to register for the warranty at https://shop.ash-asia.com/pages/marshall-my. Registration must be completed by 30 October 2024.
  • If registration is not completed within the specified timeframe, the standard 12-month warranty period will apply.
  • If the receipt, tax invoice, or purchase evidence is lost or cannot specify the purchase date, the warranty period will start from the date the product was exported from the company.
  • The warranty covers defects due to manufacturing, normal usage, personal use, and compliance with user manuals, technical specifications, and safety guides included with the product. International warranty claims are not covered.
  • These terms apply exclusively to products imported and distributed legally by Ash Asia Sdn. Bhd.

Replacement Policy:

  • If a replacement is needed within the warranty period, Ash Asia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to replace the defective product with an identical model and color, a different color of the same model, or a new model with similar features if the claimed product is discontinued. The remaining warranty period of the original defective product will apply to the replacement.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Malfunctions from misuse, improper handling, use for unintended purposes, deviation from product specifications, commercial use, electrical circuit bypassing, or abnormal electrical voltage of externally connected devices.
  • Damage from breakage, cracks, tears, deformities, scratches, fading, peeling, or other cosmetic issues, including lack of proper maintenance and storage.
  • Damage from natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, or external factors beyond control (e.g., flooding, lightning, fires, earthquakes, abnormal electrical voltage, insect or pest damage).
  • Damage from corrosion, rust, deterioration from seawater, liquids, air, sunlight, chemical pollutants, and natural degradation.
  • Damage, alteration, or loss of the label displaying the serial number affixed to the product or product box.
  • Products disassembled, repaired, parts replaced, or modified by unauthorized individuals.
  • Irregular operation due to issues with customer-connected devices, low memory, reduced performance, software updates, viruses, or application problems.
  • Products sold as damaged goods, non-guaranteed promotional items, counterfeit products, or goods imported by unauthorized parties.
  • Products used intermittently or not at all beyond the warranty period.

Note: The warranty terms do not cover products imported and distributed by unauthorized parties.
